For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies published by apkt2:

• "Platform" means the apkt2 website accessible at apkt2.app, including all casino games, sportsbook services, promotional features, account management tools, and any related mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the apkt2 registration process and satisfying all required identity verification steps.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, GrabPay, and Retail Cash OTC channels.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to an Account by apkt2 under the terms of a specific promotion, which are subject to distinct wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer table, sportsbook market, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by apkt2 before processing withdrawal requests or at any point the Platform determines verification is necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable law.

By creating an Account on apkt2, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the apkt2 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of your activity.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment method, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms and that all relevant consents have been obtained. apkt2 will not recognise claims of third-party use as a defence against enforcement of these Terms.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Platform;
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party for the purposes of gambling on the Platform;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for cause;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location;
• The funds you use on apkt2 are from lawful sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

apkt2 conducts age and identity verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal request. The Platform reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in Account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

apkt2 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of apkt2 and subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The existence of more than one Account — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, IP address, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. apkt2 relies on this information for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your apkt2 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party under any circumstances. apkt2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify apkt2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

apkt2 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, GrabPay, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Retail Cash OTC. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability and processing times of the selected payment provider. apkt2 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. apkt2 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed KYC before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 4 minutes for EasyPaisa and JazzCash channels under normal operating conditions; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. apkt2 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, subject to the Platform's anti-money laundering controls.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• apkt2 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

apkt2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned to events such as PSL and other Pakistani sporting fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to expiry. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: apkt2 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it has reason to believe the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration, passed KYC where applicable, and meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the promotion.

All wagers placed on the apkt2 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, or any other wagering product — are subject to the following general rules:

• A wager is considered accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your Account transaction history. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference.
• apkt2 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or game outcome affected by circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to data feed errors, sports event cancellations, or manifest pricing errors.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final applicable odds for that wager.
• Cricket and PSL markets are governed by additional sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. No claim of bias, malfunction, or unfair outcome will be considered unless supported by verifiable technical evidence reviewed by the Platform's third-party auditor.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by apkt2 at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkt2 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. apkt2 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, fund seizure, and referral to relevant authorities — upon detecting or reasonably suspecting any of the following:

• Registering or using more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed solely to extract bonus value;
• Using funds of unlawful origin for deposits or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing apkt2 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content available on the apkt2 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface designs, trademarks, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of apkt2 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from apkt2;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the apkt2 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of apkt2 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to civil and/or criminal legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkt2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, apkt2 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including responsible gaming provisions;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to KYC requirements, third-party banking delays, or regulatory holds;
• Any decision by a competent authority that restricts your access to the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, apkt2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance held on the Platform at the time the claim arises.

apkt2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and Platform use — including name, date of birth, address, payment information, and gameplay records — is used for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience. apkt2 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

apkt2 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and without requiring you to justify your decision.

You may close your apkt2 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigation or regulatory hold.

apkt2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• A regulatory instruction or court order requiring Account closure.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, apkt2 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed by apkt2 without cause, any Real Money Balance will be returned in full.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkt2 holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. apkt2 acknowledges that certain mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply to your use of the Platform and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Where a provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

For formal complaints, please submit a written description of your complaint via the support email. apkt2 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, apkt2 will provide information on available external dispute resolution options under its applicable licensing framework.
